When people joins this Mining Industry, they don’t know much about it, also gets so much confusion and after that huge frustration because of lots of contradictory understanding between theoretical knowledge and practical one. In this section, we are bringing the story of our seniors, who have either retired from this industry or working or somehow connected to this industry.
